Hi, I’m Elana Rubinstein, author of the Saralee Siegel chapter book series!

Once Upon an Apple Cake, the first Saralee book, was chosen as a National Jewish Book Awards Finalist.  Saralee’s adventures continue in Starlight Soup, 

A Donut in Time, The Royal Recipe, The Secret of the Scent Map, and A Whiff of Magic (coming soon!)

 

Several books in the series have been honored as PJ Library selections.

I live in Northern Virginia with my family, where I spend my days chasing a curious toddler around the house and dreaming up magical tales after bedtime.
